hotline™ partners with The Lucy Rayner Foundation for an Arabian Nights Charity Gala

hotline™ was proud to support The Lucy Rayner Foundation at their recent Arabian Nights-themed charity fundraising gala, providing engraved metal pens as elegant keepsakes for guests. Each pen featured the charity’s logo and complemented the event’s luxurious and meaningful atmosphere.

To reflect on the evening, we spoke with Emma from The Lucy Rayner Foundation, who shared her thoughts on how the event went, the success of the fundraising, and the impact of our partnership.

A Magical Evening for a Meaningful Cause

From Emma’s perspective, the event “went really well overall. It was well-attended, smoothly run, and created a positive and engaging atmosphere.” Guests and partners shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, with many commenting that it felt like a truly meaningful opportunity to raise awareness and funds for such an important cause.

The Arabian Nights theme created a warm, vibrant setting, enhanced by thoughtful details that tied everything together. “The pens fit beautifully with the theme and the overall aesthetic of the evening,” Emma said. “The red detailing complemented our charity colours and the rich tones of the room décor, tying everything together perfectly.”

Elegant Keepsakes that Made a Lasting Impression

The stylish red metal pens were a highlight of the evening, with guests responding with genuine appreciation. “The pens were really well received,” Emma shared. “They were a thoughtful touch and added a nice personal element to the evening. Several people commented on how elegant they looked and appreciated the keepsake.”

One attendee described them as “a lovely touch and a perfect reminder of a wonderful evening supporting a great cause.” Others remarked on their quality and design, with many choosing to keep them as a lasting memento of the night.

Emma added, “Your contribution played a significant role in the success of the event.”

An Incredible £71,000 Raised for the Future of Mental Health Support

The evening was not only beautifully executed but also profoundly impactful, raising an incredible £71,000 to support the foundation’s ongoing work.

In an exciting development revealed during the gala, Emma and the team shared the first-ever drawings of the foundation’s brand-new Wellbeing Centre — a major step forward in their mission. “All the funds will go towards building our new Wellbeing Centre,” Emma explained. “Once complete, the centre will bring all of our free counselling services together under one roof, helping us support even more young people and families in need.”

This announcement was met with enthusiasm and emotion from supporters, marking a defining moment in the charity’s journey.

Highlights that Touched Hearts

There were many memorable moments throughout the evening, including a deeply moving keynote speech from Amy Dickson, who shared a personal story that resonated deeply with everyone in attendance.

Presentations by the charity’s founders and CEO celebrated the collective impact of their work, while setting out a clear vision for the future. Emma reflected that “the energy, engagement, and sense of community throughout the evening left a lasting impression on both our team and supporters.”

Looking Ahead Together

Reflecting on the collaboration, Emma said, “We would highly recommend reaching out to hotline™ to any organisation looking for event sponsorship or branded merchandise.”

Looking forward, The Lucy Rayner Foundation plans to continue using promotional products to strengthen its outreach and brand presence. “We usually do a large order at the beginning of the year, and we’ll be using hotline™ again.” Emma confirmed.

A Partnership Built on Purpose and Impact

At hotline™, we’re passionate about supporting organisations that make a lasting difference. Collaborating with The Lucy Rayner Foundation was a privilege, and we’re honoured that our branded pens added an extra touch of thoughtfulness to such an inspiring occasion.

The Arabian Nights gala not only celebrated the foundation’s achievements but also marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter with the Wellbeing Centre project — a powerful step towards building stronger, more connected communities and supporting mental health for young people across the UK.

We look forward to continuing our partnership and helping The Lucy Rayner Foundation bring its vision to life.
