Could you provide some insights from the Swan Champions launch event held last October?
Last year, as part of our initiative to expand our model into paediatric, neonatal, and maternity services, we hosted a comprehensive training session for all champions. This session focused on bereavement support for families dealing with baby death and pregnancy loss. Attendees included champions from various hospital departments and community settings where bereaved families may receive care. The event provided a valuable platform for champions to network, share ideas, and cultivate relationships aimed at enhancing patient care.
